Vote

There’s a lot that could be talked about in the privacy realm this month, but I thought the obligatory reminder to vote was a bit more important this time. I mean, we can fight to maintain our privacy, and should, but we need people making laws that understand the importance of privacy as well. So do your research, be informed, and make your voice heard if you haven’t already.

That being said, a slight disclaimer about voting. Most states require you to register in order to vote, and that registration data is technically open to public access. This may mean your name, address, etc will become publicly available. That may not be right, but it isn’t going to change unless we get some better laws to protect our information.
